Individual Characteristics and Job\r\nCharacteristics on Work\r\nEffectiveness in the State-Owned Company: the Moderating Effect of Emotional Intelligence
Abstrak
PT. Jasa Marga is a company that specialises in the service business
\r\nsector thats main business is managing roads and bridges. To carry out
\r\nits duties and responsibilities, PT. Jasa Marga needs employees who
\r\nplay a large role in carrying out all activities of the company with a
\r\nvariety of individual characters and various existing work characters.
\r\nThe purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of individual and
\r\nwork characteristics on work effectiveness and which is moderated by
\r\nemotional intelligence. Analysis tools using SPSS Version 22.00 with
\r\nthe analysis model Moderated Regression Analyze (MRA). The results
\r\nshowed that individual characteristics and job characteristics partially
\r\nhad a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. Emotional
\r\nintelligence acts as a moderating variable in testing the effect of
\r\nindividual and work characteristics on work effectiveness
