Indonesian National Army (TNI) is required to play an active role in maintaining and defending the sovereignty of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia based on loyalty and obedience to the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. In order to carry out the duties and functions well, coaching the Navy personnel was directed to improve the quality of human resources in order to have the attitude and behaviour so that they can provide the best service and high performance for the glory of the nation and the state. Al-Anfal: 65), population in this study is a Navy soldier who worked in Naval Indonesia IV Tanjungpinang. A community of 493 people, the sample is calculated by a formula obtained Slovin 221 respondents, and only 200 respondents returned the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The software used for the structural analysis is AMOS version 23 of the Arbuckle and for descriptive study using SPSS.
