The Company is not allowed to treat their employees beyond the provisions permitted by sharia. Employees are responsible for the company, all the responsibility does not end at the factory when an employee leaves the company. Employees have spiritual and moral responsibility for the legitimate interests of both the interests of both employers and employees who are less fortunate.Variabel in this study consisted of: endogenous variable and independent variables. Variables X1=Faith To the Book of Allah, X2= Ritual Involvement,, X3= Ideology Involvement, X4 = Knowledge Involvement , Experience Involvement X4 and X5 = Behavior Involvement. Variable Y = Religious Performance. The hypothesis is that there is a significant influence of the Faith in the Book of God (tawhid) on the religious performance . The test results through structural equation modeling, shows that aqidah positive direct effect on the religious performance, as indicated by the path coefficient of 0.88, with a probability value of 0.00. From these results, the hypothesis is answered, and it can be concluded that the hypothesis is supported by the facts or isacceptable. The positive influence of faith in the book of Allah to the religious performance has implications that increase in faith to the Book of Allah will improve the religious performance.
