The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of motivation, work environment and leadership style
on work achievement either directly or through performance. The data analysis technique used the Smart -PLS
Version 3 statistical tool. By using the sampling technique with the census method, a sample of 120 people was
obtained. The results showed that motivation, work environment and leadership style had no significant effect on
performance. While the results of the study showed that motivation, work environment and leadership style had a
significant effect on work performance and performance had no significant effect on work achievement. Indirect
effect is obtained that motivation, work environment and leadership style indirectly do not significantly affect work
achievement through performance
