Nausea and vomiting occur in 60-80% of primigravida, and 1 in 1,000 pregnancies exacerbate these symptoms. Emesis gravida occurs during pregnancy worldwide. This study aims to see changes in emesis gravidarum using papermint aromatherapy by applying Varney's documented seven-step midwifery management care. On the fourth visit, the mother felt less nausea and vomiting, was no longer weak, and the mother's appetite began. At the fifth visit, the mother felt that her nausea and vomiting had decreased and she was no longer soft, so she could move slowly, and her appetite began to improve. At the sixth visit, the mother felt that the nausea and vomiting had decreased, the mother's complaints were regular, and the mother's appetite had improved
