Dr. Ir. H. Chablullah Wibisono,MM. Lahir di Kendal, 10 November 1953. Di Batam, nama beliau tidak asing lagi karena pernah bekerja di Otorita Batam (sekarang BP Batam) dan beliau pernah juga menjadi Anggota DPRD Kota Batam, selain itu beliau juga dipercaya sebagai Ketua FKUB (Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama) Kota Batam. di bidang akademik, beliau sering diundang dalam acara-acara besar baik dari Institusi Pemerintah maupun Swasta sebagai narasumber .
